This policy explains what information Cash Offer Desk (“we”) collects through cashofferdesk.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.

We may share your property and contact information with investor partners (no more than three): for example, an investor we may assign a purchase contract to, or, if we do not buy in your area, a local cash buyer who does. They may contact you by phone, text and email about selling your property, as described in the consent you give on our form. Each partner is an independent business with its own privacy practices.

We also share information with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, analytics, email and text messaging), when required by law, and as part of a sale or merger of our business. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

• Email hello@cashofferdesk.com to ask us to stop contacting you, to tell partners we shared your request with that you have opted out, or to access or delete your information.
• Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of certain sharing. Email us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep request and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, generally up to five years.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
