What the service is

Cash Offer Desk evaluates houses and may make written cash offers to buy them. Any purchase is governed only by a signed purchase agreement. We often assign our purchase contracts to investor partners and will disclose this in writing before you sign. We are not a real estate broker or agent, a lender, an appraiser, or a law firm, and we do not represent you. Outside our buying areas, we may, with your permission, share your request with an independent cash buyer.

Offers and partners

Requesting an offer does not guarantee that we or any partner will make an offer, pay a particular price or close by a particular date. Investor partners are independent businesses. You are responsible for reviewing any offer and contract, and we encourage you to have a real estate attorney review a contract, including ours, before you sign.

Contact consent

When you submit a request and check the consent box, you agree that Cash Offer Desk and its investor partners (no more than three) may contact you by phone call and text message (including with automated technology) and by email at the information you provide, about selling your property. The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cash Offer Desk is not liable for the acts or omissions of any independent partner, for any transaction between you and a partner, or for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.
